Some Battlefield 4 promotional material spotted at GameStop indicates the return of Commander Mode and the ability to play as three different factions in multiplayer.
Commander Mode, which originated from Battlefield 2 and was absent from Battlefield 3, gives one player per side an RTS like overview of the game map as well as granting control of various important assets such as artillery strikes, vehicle and supply drops.
The material, which was a poster, also revealed the inclusion of three playable factions for the multiplayer. While there may be more factions available in the full release of Battlefield 4, those shown in the poster were Russia, China and the United States.
