It’s hardly a surprise that Nuketown is getting another refresh for Call of Duty Black Ops 3, as it’s been a staple of the series since the original Black Ops in 2010.
It was revitalised not too long ago for Black Ops 2, where it was present as Nuketown 2025, but since Black Ops 3 is set in 2065, a refresh makes sense.
It’s not just the setting, though. It would have obviously needed a refresh due to the new movement mechanics which are being introducted into Black Ops 3. So, how do you get your mitts on this map? Well, as I said – it’s a pre order bonus (and GAME exclusive in the UK) so your best show is to pre order.
However, Nuketown is being included as a download code available with launch day versions of the game, so if you want to try your luck at getting it without a pre order, the option is available.
At the moment, Nuketown is only confirmed for PC, Xbox One and PS4 with no word on the last generation consoles getting it yet.
