The first piece of DLC for Call of Duty: Ghosts – known as Onslaught is rumored to be released for the 28th of January, 2014. It originated in a tweet and has since been flying around the internet gathering momentum.
There are rumored to be an additional four maps in Cod Ghosts Onslaught, which are —Fog, Bayview, Containment and Ignition. Along side the maps, there are an extra two bonus weapon which are also included for good measure. Episode one of the Extinction-mode Episode 1: Nightfall, which was announced back in December 2013, is also making an appearance. For more on this, take a look at the poster below – where you are able to see the various additions to the DLC. You’ll notice the ‘First on Xbox Live’ market on the poster, below the CoD Ghosts Onslaught and the date.
It’s important to note that as of right now, Activision haven’t confirmed any of this, but from the image below, it’s certainly looking fairly certain that there’s something to the rumor.
