Call of Duty: Ghosts Boxart Leaked
A new Call of Duty title – Call of Duty: Ghosts was accidentally shown off today on Tesco, a UK super stores website. It was removed very quickly after was initially placed up, but this new title has been listed on both the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 consoles, there was no mention of PC, or next generation systems (the Playstation 4 or the soon to be unveiled XBox 720 Durango).
The box art hints a few small details at us however – the Modern Warfare character Ghost is pictured, and Infinity Ward have their logo on the artwork as the developer for the title. Call of Duty Ghosts has been rumored previously, thanks to another leak – by US retailer Target. In that case, the title was said to be released in November 5th of this year, for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 systems – there was once again no mention of the XBox 720 and Playstation 4 (or indeed PC) versions of the game.
So far, Activision haven’t commented on this – so I guess we’ll have to keep an eye out for a formal announcement!
