Bethesda have officially confirmed the June 26th release date for the Skyrim Dawnguard DLC, which had been originally “tentatively” slated for that particular date. They have said that this date is for the “English” release, so it’s fairly safe to assume that they are referring to both the US and UK releases. There is no specific date for any other EU countries though, all that has been said is that the French, Spanish, Italian and German versions of the upcoming DLC pack can be expected “mid July”.
The awesome looking vampire themed expansion will, of course, be hitting the Xbox 360 first, as will the second planned DLC pack for Skyrim. Those lucky Xbox users will be enjoying this content for 30 days before anyone else will get a chance to get a look see.
In case you missed out on the price for this DLC, it will be 1600 MS points, or around £13.71. I can’t wait.
