We all know that most of the time, guidebooks are pretty much a thing of the past. Thanks to the abundance of online FAQs, walkthroughs and let’s plays, there is no longer a need to drop £15 on a a book so thick it could be used as a weapon.
But, sometimes there comes along a game that is so huge that it almost demands a book to break it down and support it. It looks like Fallout 4 is one of those games, as Bethesda are working with Prima Games on the Vault Dweller’s guide.
Befitting of a timesink like Fallout 4, the guide will be 400 pages long, and will feature detailed maps, statistics and so much more. Prima have found success with writing guides for Bethesda before, having sold three million copies of guides for both the Elder Scrolls and Fallout franchises combined.
The Vault Dweller’s guide will be available on November 10, and will have a few different versions available. It will be available online for $9.99, and a paperback for $29.99. There will also be a fancy hardback collector’s edition for $39.99, and will be fairly limited as Prima will not be doing a second printing.
