I remember the first time I showed one of my closest friends Half Life 1 on a 3DFX Voodoo 2 graphics card. He was opened mouthed, and even as I watched the intro sequence for the second time (or should I say, the interactive intro played out) I too, for the second time, was wowed.
The Half Life series has some of my favorite moments of gaming in it, and from the salivating rants from eager fans, I’m not alone. Seven Day Countdown managed to grab a Pod Cast interview with co-founder of Valve, Gabe Newell where he explains about the wait.
