Ubisoft’s popular Assassin’s Creed series release delays have frustrated PC gamers, but AC3 will change that
PC Gamers can expect to play Assassin’s Creed 3 on November 23, which is just after the October release of the consoles
So the bad news if you are a PC gamer is that yet again you will have to wait to play Assassin’s Creed on your platform of choice, but the good news is the delay is far less than previously. The original Assassin’s Creed came out five months after its console counterparts, which is frankly, ludicrous as I am sure many of you will agree. PC gamers had to wait four months for the next two installments (Assassin’s Creed 2 and Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood), but we only had to wait a few weeks for Brotherhood to stab its way onto the PC scene.
What about the console release date for Assassin’s Creed 3?
It appears that AC3 is still on schedule for the consoles for the 30th of October (although those of us in Europe will have to wait a day later, so that will be October 31st), and apparently the Wii U will have Assassin’s Creed 3 for when the console launches, although obviously the machines exact launch date is still in the air (but many predict it will launch in the November to December period in time for the Christmas rush, which is when consoles traditionally sell very well).
As you can expect, RedGamingTech will fully cover the PC release of Assassin’s Creed III so that you guys know if we get a nice bug free copy. If previous titles in the series have anything to go by (and other recent Ubisoft titles) PC owners should not have too much to worry about, despite having to wait a few weeks for the games release on the platform.,
