The rather beleaguered android based console, Ouya, has released a new black model that comes with 16GB of storage over 8GB of the original.
Naturally, this brand new Ouya model also comes with a price increase with the increase in hard drive space. This new 16GB model costs $30 more than the original 8GB model which still runs at $99.
The new model does have some other added features alongside the expanded HDD, most notably “boosted WiFi connectivity” and “an updated controller with better functionality and improved Bluetooth for faster response.”
Annoyingly, the new model is currently only available for those of you in North America, but I’m sure it will eventually become available in the EU and Oceania. For those of you interested, check out the online store.
