After some concerns that Overwatch would not have an FOV slider, Blizzard has confirmed that it will ship with one.
This shouldn’t really need to be a thing that’s announced, as Overwatch is a PC exclusive FPS, but sadly too many FPS’ release these days with no FOV slider and then couple it with a very tight FOV. Naturally, this causes problems for those who suffer from simulation sickness, so it’s a rather nice sigh of relief.
Blizzard said in a statement, “We’ve implemented the FOV slider to provide players with options in consideration of aiming preferences, viewmodels, dizziness and nausea. We are constantly fine-tuning the game, and will remain open to feedback as testing continues.”
