Valve, the kind and loving souls that they are, have made Counter Strike: Global Offensive free for all to play this weekend on Steam.
The legendary first person shooter went free to play earlier on today, and will apparently remain so until 1pm PST (that’s 9PM UK time for us British) on sunday the 4th November.
Valve have also teased that they may put the game on sale next week, if enough players want to continue playing after the free weekend is over. Well played, Valve.
Seriously though, CS:GO is well worth at least looking into while it’s free, and for any fan of the CS series and any fan of strategy in their FPS would be silly not to pick it up if it goes on sale.
