The classic isometric platformer, which originally came to us via the Game Gear, is heading to the 3DS eShop as a Virtual Console title in Japan.
The game is due to hit the Japanese 3DS on May 16th, but sadly there is no word on a EU or US release, but I’m sure many of you out there with fond memories of the game have your fingers firmly crossed for a Western release.
I, for one, would love to see this game come to European and US 3DS consoles, this one of the Sonic games I never got to play (as I never had a Game Gear) so hopefully Nintendo gives me the opportunity to experience this classic game.
