According to a post on the Wall Street Journal, Sony is planning to introduce an internet TV service which will stream dozens of channels to Playstation systems. According to the WSJ, the head of Sony Computer Entertainment Andrew House said they will be debuting the service next year. Apparently, they already have an agreement.
