At CES 2014, Project Logan was given its official name – Tegra K1 architecture. The K1 architecture is a complete name departure from the previous versions of Tegra. The reason behind this is according to Nvidia’s CEO Jen-Hsun Huang, it’s such a big leap in technology that simply calling it Tegra 5 wouldn’t do it.
