Not much has really happened with the Playstation since it launched back in 2013 in Japan and 2014 in North America. But it now seems as if the PS TV’s time is at an end, as the official product listing for the device in Japan notes that shipments are done. It is still available.

You remember Odin Sphere, a game that released on the PS2?  Well, a HD remaster is coming to North America. We don’t know the exact release date, but we do know that Odin Sphere Leifthrasir will be a digital and physical release on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita sometime next year. So what new.

Bandai Namco has made a rather lovely announcement, that both of the Sword Art Online games will be making their way to the west. If you’re reading this, you’re probably already a fan of SAO and don’t need me to tell you that the game will be based off the anime/manga, which is in.

Recently, we had a peak at the content that will be coming to Diablo 3 in patch 2.2.0 in the future. Now, they have spoken out in response to some concerns at something spotted in these path notes. Basically, they said that not all features showing up in datamined content will necessarily show up.

Around E3 time 2014 we got news that the notorious PlayStation TV may be making an appearance in Europe by end of year 2014. During Gamescom this week, Sony confirmed that the aforementioned PlayStation TV will indeed be coming in time for Christmas. The “PlayStation Vita TV” was available exclusively in Japan late 2013,.

Atlus has finally announced that Persona 5 will be making it’s way to North America in 2015. There is no mention of an EU or Oceania release at this time. As you might expect, the next entry in the classic JRPG series will be an exclusive to the PS3. Aside from this, there wasn’t.

Far Cry Classic, which is a remake of the original Far Cry, has been officially confirmed for a release in North America. There have also been some screenshots released. The remake is promising, among other things, improved graphics, revamped cutscenes and a new interface. It will be released in the US on the Xbox.

Blizzard has finally confirmed that the long awaited Starcraft 2 HoTS patch 2.1 will begin rolling out this week. Blizzard also graced us with a schedule for the gradual rollout of the patch, which states that the patch will be releasing today in North America and Europe. It will then be available January 22.

Beyond: Two Souls, the latest title from Quantic Dream, has reached sales figures of over one million worldwide units sold. This is a fairly impressive feat, as the game has only been out  for just under three months, with it releasing back on October 8 in the US. Even with the three day delay.

Nintendo have officially revealed a special version of the 3DS XL featuring Pikachu, which will probably end up being a rare find in the future, just like their Pikachu N64. The Pikachu themed 3DS XL (3DS LL in Japan) will apparently only be sold via the Pokemon Center store in Japan, which is very.

We finally have a release date confirmed for Epic Games’ upcoming Gears of War Judgment, which is March 19th 2013. That will be a tuesday, so this most particular release date probably refers to the US, since games usually release on a tuesday over there. However I’m sure you can expect a EU release.

All of you out there that have been waiting to play Phantasy Star Online 2 will be pleased to hear that Sega has confirmed an “early 2013” western release date. No specific dates are out for the US and EU yet, but it’s nice to have a rough idea of when it will be.
