UMVC3’s tier listings remain a highly debated subject in the fighting game community, the position of Resident Evil’s Albert Wesker likely being the most controversial position out of the cast.
UVC|Noel Brown and coL.cc|Filipino Champ have recently decided to make their own Tier Lists which have appeared on their own respective twitter accounts (Click their respective name for links to their twitters). These images have two things in common: Zero and Vergil being at the very top, with the rest of the cast shuffled around.

What are peoples thoughts on the overall Tier LIst? Phoenix’s nerfs from the original MVC3 make her lower positioning understandable… and Spencer being placed above Magneto on Noel’s list a bit of an eye opener.
