Who are we?
RedGamingTech was started in late 2011 as a YouTube channel with the desire and purpose to cover and commentate on the goings on in the video game and tech industries. We’ve been steadily growing in both video views and subscribers and try to constantly get out at least two videos per day.
This website, RedGamingTech.com was setup to provide further coverage, more news, articles and even dare I say a growing a community.
Who runs RGT?
RGT is run by two people, CrimsonRayne and Amata. We’re both friends in real life and decided we wanted to get more involved with the gaming community.
CrimsonRayne: (Paul)
Like Amata I’m from England and have had a love for video games and tech since I can remember. I’ve had a plethora of consoles and consoles. The first of which was a pong machine, complete with a paddle controller. I was really young at the time, and the machine was old even when I was given it by a friend of the family. Since I loved it so, my parents then decided to go ahead and buy many systems for me, including a Spectrum 128K, Amstrad CPC464, Sega Master System, Mega Drive (or Genesis as you’d call it in the states) complete with the CD add-on and then crashed headlong in the the 32 bit era, with a Saturn and a PS. Since then I’ve owned pretty much all the consoles and PCs I can.
I’ve had a love for gaming for years, and this channel and website is a great medium to share that with the world. I play FPS, MMO’s, fighting games, RPG’s, platformers, strategy games, puzzles, adventures and action, and a few others. I also handle most of the web and server stuff for RGT,
Outside of the channel, I’m a pretty keen gym-goer and have firmly established myself as the person most people ask about for fitness questions. I’ve become an amateur bodybuilder, so if you guys have any fitness questions, feel free to ask 😛
